But eventually you'll need to back up your boasts with some actions, and this is where you can put your money - and your opponents - down. Get set for the most grueling bouts on the field, after you're certain you can handle diving headfirst into the Xbox video game action. It's fairly obvious that if you want to tackle your way to victory, you'd better have a strong command of the football fundamentals. If you screw up like an amateur, don't be surprised if your opponent has you dazed and confused. You'll be certain to pull out all the right moves, once you memorize the playbook. We're sure that you Xbox sports gamers know this and know it well, but in the event that it's slipped your mind: don't go too nuts with the passing - we do get that it's a tempting road to take, with the lure of some major yardage. But you leave yourself open to interceptions, which is always a downside. See to it that your Xbox Madden 10 skills are in top form before you make some big bets. You'll be prepared hit the gridiron, after you've figured out a game plan that incorporates a solid offense and defense. And what we mean is, no need to waste any more time on the sidelines - track down an online foe and challenge him to a contest. Yeah, we all know that in the video game world, it's the Xbox Madden 10 aficionados that don't go down without a fight. Even if your foe is a top competitor, you can still make the win with your sharp reflexes and quick moves… and make off with your foe's cash. When you play Xbox games online for money, you can really determine the top gamer.

If you'll recall, Xbox Madden 10 was preceded by Madden 09, another major hit for the series that set a high standard. This isn't exactly uncharted territory - sequels are a challenge, especially for the sports video game world. And that scrutiny is especially pronounced from the hardcore gamers, who have high expectations, understandably. We're pleased to report that Madden, unlike other sports video games, is almost immune to letting the fans down - and Xbox Madden 10 is no anomaly. Not content to rest on their laurels, with the crowning achievement that was Madden 09, EA Sports made sure that this was another big football video game coup. The first new feature that's got the video game world buzzing is Xbox Madden 10's new Pro-Tak animation technology - with this, gamers are granted additional control over the outcome of each play. Players can fight for the fumble, their tackles are steerable, they can have 9-man gang tackling, and their quarterback can shift around the pocket. And with that, the Madden series has taken things to the next level.

The improved graphics are just one of the many new features that Xbox Madden 10 is boasting. Now, Xbox Madden 10 bears even more resemblance to an afternoon of viewing NFL on TV, courtesy of broadcast-style presentation, and a more "cinematic" camera style. The authenticity levels just went up as well -- referees yank the players from fumble piles, all-new player equipment is available, and there's more accurate, authentic kicking and throwing styles. Since Xbox Madden 10 has an amped up player momentum, the athletes have more accurate turn rates and acceleration. And Xbox Madden 10 has brought in the wildcat offense, that old standby. EA Sports has made sure that they keep taking things to new heights with Xbox Madden 10. One added facet that makes Xbox Madden 10 stand out is the electrifying, hard-hitting soundtrack. Ever since gaming employed soundtracks, things haven't been the same for the sports video game world. Xbox Madden 10's soundtrack features songs from all eras, each bringing their own amount of fierceness to the party. Take a look at the track listing, and then say that you don't care for the Xbox Madden 10 soundtrack: "Can't C Me" by 2Pac, "Heads are Gonna Roll" by Airbourne, "Them Bones" by Alice in Chains, "Created a Monster" by B.o.B, "Revolution" by Bang Camaro, "Sabotage" by Beastie Boys, "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, "Get 'Em Up" by Cypress Hill, "Unsung" by Helmet, "Aces High" by Iron Maiden, "Painkiller" by Judas Priest, "I Am the Bullgod" by Kid Rock, "Reckoning" by Killswitch Engage, "Blind" by Korn, "Divinations" by Mastodon, "Hate Me Now" by Nas featuring Puff Daddy, "Breed" by Nirvana, "Walk" by Pantera, "Shut 'Em Down" by Public Enemy, "Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine, "Gaia Bleeds (Make Way for Man)" by Set Your Goals, "Duality" by Slipknot, "Sugar" by System of a Down, "Before I Die" by The Vanity Plan," and "Cheah Beah" by Young Dre The Truth.

In Xbox Madden 10, Drop Kick Your Way to some Important Rating

You may need a crash course in football video game history, if hearing about all the innovations and improvements that Xbox Madden 10 offers still hasn't moved you. On one hand, it's probably not too cool to say Xbox Madden 10 is great, just because it stands out next to crap from 30 years ago. But it helps to see how much progress has been made in football video games, by taking a glance at the earliest video games and comparing them to Xbox Madden 10. From day one, football video games were what the original hardcore gamers wanted, back when the video game consoles were taking their first "baby steps" in the world. Only problem was, the gamers' ideas on what a great football video game should be, versus the reality of the video game consoles' capabilities, made for a shaky compromise. If you've ever seen old ads for this one, the creators truly believed that it had "all the excitement" of the real deal. The characters on the gridiron are more suited to a sci-fi shooter than a football video game. What are you gonna do? The brief glance at the pic gives you a taste, but believe me, what went on during an actual game was much more horrific. From a technological standpoint, things were so basic, that multiple players moving at once meant that the only thing extreme about this game was the flickering of the players. Sound effects didn't fare much better, with the "spectators" sounding more like a car with a busted muffler. Another disappointment - the screen didn't (or just couldn't) scroll. However, another participant in video game consoles entered the fray, and their football video game scored a touchdown. A serious effort was made with this next one, in order to give gamers a football video game closer to the real thing. However, it was still a bit primitive.

Hardcore gamers were pretty excited by that one, as it really heralded the beginning of sports video games - but it was still just an early entry in the field. Gamers would have to wait a while on the bench before that came true. The next level in football video games had been reached, and still we're seeing a following for this one. Over the years, this was the yardstick by which all football video games were measured. Can't argue with the fact that the hardcore gamers did take to this one - for the first time, the NFL got the red-carpet treatment from a football video game. With the improvements in both the sound and the graphics, gamers saw this as the first and last word in video football games. With the online revival, today's gamers are getting a taste of yesteryear - and loving it. While worthy of praise, it still trails in the distance from Xbox Madden 10. It's always great to see how far we, and football video games, have come. We've had a few chuckles, but mocking less advanced video games isn't a productive use of our time. You've gotten the point. Those games had their weaknesses, but if it weren't for them, we wouldn't be playing Xbox Madden 10 today, so they did get the ball rolling. Of course, Xbox Madden 10 has really kicked this one over the goal posts, which has the video game world pretty pleased. The reviews are as positive as the reaction from the gamers themselves - it's a hit with the fans as well as the video game sites. You want impressive admiration for Xbox Madden 10, see the reviews, which all use terms like"realistic and enjoyable." EA Sports didn't even come close to fumbling the ball with Xbox Madden 10, that's for sure. To hell with the people who bag on Xbox Madden 10 - it truly is the best football video game out there. Xbox Madden 10 isn't just a great Xbox sports video game - it's an all-around great Xbox video game. With Xbox Madden 10, the debate over the best football video game can be laid to rest. More than just a great game, it's a chance to display your video game excellence, when you clash for cash.

The stakes have been raised, and Xbox Madden 10 maniacs now can take each other on for some serious cash. When you've conquered the Xbox Madden 10 playing field, you'll be conquering your rivals - and snagging their cash.
